Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Client:
- More than 60 days before departure: Full refund of the deposit.
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund of the deposit.
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
- Cancellation by Bush Guides Safaris:
- In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your safari due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip to a later date.
Refund Policy
- Refund Process:
- All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to our official email: bookings@bushguidessafaris.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Bank fees and transaction charges.
- Costs incurred for changes in travel arrangements requested by the client.
- Any non-refundable costs as stated in the specific tour package.
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling by Client:
- Clients may reschedule their safari up to 30 days before the original departure date without any additional charges, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the departure date may incur additional charges.
- Rescheduling by Bush Guides Safaris:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule your safari. We will offer alternative dates or a full refund.
Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal property loss.
